Green architect making a difference.

Not too long ago this kind of goal seemed highly impossible, living with a single parent who had to look after me and my sister. I always felt I was seen as somebody who didn't have the mental capacity for a role like this, and felt alone in my journey. Now by inspiring myself i have had a burning passion to make much more of myself than i had ever dreamed of before.

I’m a student who is an aspiring architect, not only just an architect, but a sustainable, or ‘green’ architect. I personally believe in a more sustainable future, and I felt my passion for drawing and designing things combined with architecture helps me to become and influence how sustainably we live in our day-to-day lives, from managing our waste properly, to changing how we travel.

I got this ambition watching documentaries. Sitting at home comfy watching casually something to entertain me until I really got to grips with what is happening in our world with the environment like deforestation, animal cruelty, pollution etc.

After this something clicked in me that I wanted to make a difference for the most important thing to us as the most important place we live in. I hope to achieve my goals through completing university in sustainable architecture, and make small steps from there until I can be capable of reaching my goal.
