How you start in life.. is not how you finish
Being born in Nigeria and then coming to the UK at a very young age after my father passing away taught me some important life lessons. One of them being how you start is not how you finish. Life can sometimes take a drastic turn which are often times outside our control. However, being able to adapt to that is what ensures that we are able to benefit even from the most challenging of situations.

Being born in Nigeria and then coming to the UK at a very young age after my father passing away taught me some important life lessons. One of them being how you start is not how you finish. Life can sometimes take a drastic turn which are often times outside our control.
However, being able to adapt and adjust to that is what ensures that we are able to benefit even from the most challenging of situations. Growing up with a single mum in the UK taught me another lesson. No one is meant to do life alone. We all need support, help and guidance from others. Whether it’s in the form of friends and family, mentorship or institutional support. And it’s because of support from such areas that I was able to thrive under uncertain life circumstances.
Coming into contact with organisations such as 2020Change gave me the desire to want to lend my resources to my community in every way I can. It is my ultimate goal to aid communities and individuals with financial resources so that they too can have the opportunity to thrive, even in the most complicated and challenging of circumstances.
