AMBASSADORS OF HOPE

On my way to a sports degree.

I always kept busy outside of school, doing a lot of voluntary work for the community. I was involved in my local youth club in which I managed to gain my 2,000 hours Millennium Volunteers Award and deliver a lot of projects and events with young people in my area.

Claudio – Northern Ireland

My name is Claudio Santos and I am 19 years of age. I have lived in Northern Ireland for the best part of 12 years now. In my time here there were a few things I really cared about – my education, the community I live in, and sports.

I enjoyed going to school and by the end of my school journey I was able to gain my qualifications at GCSE and A level. However, I was always kept busy outside of school as I have done a lot of voluntary work for the community. I was involved in my local youth club in which I managed to gain my 2,000 hours Millennium Volunteers Award and deliver a lot of projects and events with young people in my area.

Right now I am in my Gap year getting experience before embarking on my dream journey doing a sports degree in Liverpool.
